基于中药大蜜丸制备工艺的中药院内制剂现状及发展研究

摘　　要：中药大蜜丸在中药院内制剂中广泛存在,以历史悠久而著称。文章通过查阅药典法规,并利用知网数据库对国内近年来中药大蜜丸及中药院内制剂的有关文献资料进行检索。从处方设计、前处理粉碎及炼蜜、合坨、制丸、内包装、外包装等流程出发,对中药大蜜丸制备工艺所涉及的物料、设备、人员、环境等因素进行讨论。探讨中药院内制剂现状,旨在为其发展提供思路,以供相关人员参考。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)big honey pill widely exists in hospital preparations of TCM,it is famous for its long history.By consulting Pharmacopoeia laws and regulations and using Cnki database,this paper searches the relevant literature of TCM big honey pill and TCM hospital preparations in China in recent years.Starting from the process of prescription design,pretreatment,crushing,honey refining,mixing,pill making,inner packaging and outer packaging,the factors such as materials,equipment,personnel and environment involved in the preparation process of TCM big honey pill were discussed.To explore the current situation of hospital preparations of TCM,in order to provide ideas for its development and provide reference for relevant personnel.
