从“营卫失调”论治毛周角化症

摘　　要：毛周角化症又称为毛发苔藓,是一种临床常见的皮肤病。中医认为毛周角化症的形成原因主要为肺阴不足,肝郁脾虚,肌肤失养,笔者则认为营卫失调是导致该病发生的根本病机。文章通过论述营卫的功能与作用、营卫与皮肤的关系,探讨营卫失调与毛周角化症形成的关联,并结合黄宁主任典型医案,分析调和营卫法治疗毛周角化症的可行性。Keratosis pilaris,also known as lichen pilaris,is a common clinical skin disease.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the main causes of keratosis pilaris are insufficient lung yin,liver depression and spleen deficiency,and skin dystrophy.The author believes that the imbalance of Ying and wei is the fundamental pathogenesis of the disease.This article discusses the relationship between Yingwei disorder and the formation of keratosis pilaris by discussing the function and role of Yingwei and the relationship between Yingwei and skin.Combined with the typical medical case of the tutor Director Huang Ning,this paper analyzes the feasibility of treatment of keratosis pilaris by harmonizing Yingwei method.
