摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴埋豆合并委阳穴敷贴联合达格列净治疗慢性糖尿病肾病水肿患者的临床效果;方法:将60例慢性糖尿病肾病水肿患者随机分成观察组与对照组各30例,对照组给予达格列净治疗;观察组在对照组基础上给予耳穴埋豆及委阳穴敷贴自备药方配神灯照射进行治疗,比较两组治疗后的每日尿液排出量及水肿改善效果;结果:观察组在每日尿液排出量及水肿改善效果上均明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴埋豆合并委阳穴敷贴联合达格列净治疗慢性糖尿病肾病水肿患者可以起到明显的辅助治疗作用,值得临床推广。ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of ear point embedding bean combined with Weiyang point application in the treatment of chronic diabetic nephropathy edema patients.Methods60 patients with chronic diabetic nephropathy and edema were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control grap was treated with dapagliflozin. The observation group was treated with ear point embedding bean and Weiyang point applying self-prepared prescription and magic lamp irradiation on the basis of the control group, and the daily urine output and edema treatment effect of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results The daily urine output and edema treatment effect in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P< 0. 05).ConclusionEar point embedding bean combined with Weiyang point application can play an obvious adjuvant role in the treatment of chronic diabetic nephropathy edema patients, worthy of clinical promotion.
