生物补片法阴道成形术治疗先天性无阴道17例临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析生物补片法人工阴道成形术治疗先天性无阴道的安全性及有效性。方法回顾性分析17例应用生物补片(COOK补片)人工阴道成形术治疗先天性无阴道患者的临床资料,观察其临床疗效。结果17例患者手术均成功,术后随访12~36个月,有性生活者(11例)性生活满意。结论生物补片质地柔软,侵蚀少,手术只需造穴无需游离腹膜,更简便微创,可帮助患者形成一个生理结构及功能接近正常女性的人工阴道,提高患者性生活满意度,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To analyze the safety and effectiveness of artificial vaginoplasty with biological patch in the treatment of congenital absence of vagina,and to evaluate its efficacy.Methods The clinical data of 17 patients with congenital absence of vagina treated by COOK mesh artificial vaginoplasty were retrospectively analyzed,and the clinical effect was observed.Results All the 17 patients were operated successfully.The patients were followed up for 12-36 months.The sexual life of those who had sex(11 cases)was satisfactory.Conclusion The biological patch has soft texture and less erosion.The operation only needs acupoints without free peritoneum.It is more simple and minimally invasive.It can help patients form an artificial vagina with physiological structure and function close to normal women,and improve patients*sexual life satisfaction.It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
