刮痧联合拔罐治疗气虚加脾虚肝郁证月经不调的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察刮痧联合拔罐治疗气虚加脾虚肝郁证月经不调的临床疗效。方法选取70例气虚加脾虚肝郁证月经不调患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组35例。对照组患者应用常规西药治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上应用刮痧联合拔罐治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果试验组患者治疗依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者总有效率97.14%高于对照组的74.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清卵泡刺激素、雌二醇、孕酮及促黄体生成素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个疗程后,两组血清卵泡刺激素、雌二醇、孕酮及促黄体生成素水平均高于治疗前,且试验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论气虚加脾虚肝郁证月经不调患者应用刮痧联合拔罐治疗优于单纯西医治疗。Objective To observe the curative effect of scraping scraping combined with cupping in the treatment of irregular menstruation due to qi deficiency and spleen deficiency and liver stagnation.Methods 70 patients with abnormal menstruation of qi deficiency plus spleen deficiency and liver depression were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and experimental group was treated with scraping combined with cupping therapy on the basis of control group.The therapeutic efFect of the two groups was compared.Results The treatment compliance of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was 97.14%higher than that of control group(74.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in serum levels of follicle stimulating hormone,estradiol,progesterone and luteinizing hormone between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 courses of treatment,the serum levels of FSH,estradiol,progesterone and luteinizing hormone in 2 groups were higher than before treatment,and the test group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of scraping and cupping therapy for patients with irregular menstruation due to qi deficiency and spleen deficiency and liver stagnation is superior to Western medicine alone.
