探讨足月妊娠分娩中水囊促宫颈成熟联合催产素引产的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析足月妊娠分娩中水囊促宫颈成熟联合催产素引产的应用效果。方法选取198例足月妊娠产妇,根据随机数字表法将产妇分为对照组与试验组,各99例。对照组施行催产素静脉滴注引产,试验组施行水囊促宫颈成熟联合催产素引产。比较两组临床效果。结果试验组产妇引产成功率88.89%高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组引产失败率及分娩方式比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组产妇总产程及引产至临产时间均短于对照组,且产后2 h出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产妇产后均未发生产后出血、羊水栓塞、宫颈损伤及宫内感染。两组产妇产后均未发生产后出血、羊水栓塞、宫颈损伤及宫内感染。结论相比单一催产素引产,在足月妊娠分娩产妇中采取水囊促宫颈成熟联合催产素的应用效果显著,安全性及引产成功率更高。Objective To analyze the effect of water sac to promote cervical maturation combined with oxytocin to induce labor in term pregnancy.Methods 198 full-term pregnant women were selected and divided into control group and experimental group,with 99 cases each,according to random number table method.The control group received intravenous infusion of oxytocin to induce labor,and the experimental group received water sac to promote cervical maturation combined with oxytocin to induce labor.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The success rate of labor induction in experimental group was 88.89%higher than that in control group(66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the failure rate and delivery mode between the two groups(P<0.05).The total labor and the time from labor induction to labor in experimental group were shorter than those in control group,and the postpartum blood loss 2 h was less than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No postpartum hemorrhage,amniotic fluid embolism,cervical injury or intrauterine infection occurred in both groups.No postpartum hemorrhage,amniotic fluid embolism,cervical injury or intrauterine infection occurred in both groups.Conclusion Compared with the single oxytocin induced labor,the application of water capsule to promote cervical maturation combined with oxytocin in full-term pregnancy delivery women has a significant effect,safety and higher success rate of labor induction.
