摘  要:目的探讨沿海地区孕妇维生素水平与妊娠期疾病的相关性。方法选取100例妊娠期疾病孕妇为试验组,另选取同期产检的健康妊娠孕妇100例为对照组。检测两组维生素A、维生素B(B_(5)/B_(6)),维生素D及维生素E水平,分析孕妇维生素水平与妊娠期疾病的相关性。结果试验组维生素A、维生素B(B_(5)/B_(6))、维生素D及维生素E水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Person相关性分析显示:孕妇维生素A、维生素B(B_(5)/B_(6)),维生素D、维生素E水平与妊娠期疾病呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论孕妇维生素水平检测对于妊娠期疾病发生具有一定的预测与指导意义,在临床治疗过程中应进行有针对性的补充及个体化营养支持,以减少妊娠期并发症发生。Objective To explore the correlation between vitamin level and pregnancy disease in pregnant women in coastal areas.Methods 100 pregnant women with pregnancy disease were selected as the experimental group,and 100 healthy pregnant women were selected as the control group.The levels of vitamin A,vitamin B(B_(5)/B_(6)),vitamin D and vitamin E in the two groups were detected,and the correlation between vitamin levels and pregnancy diseases was analyzed.Results The levels of vitamin A,vitamin B(B_(5)/B_(6)),vitamin D and vitamin E in experimental groups were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Person correlation analysis showed that the levels of vitamin A,vitamin B(B_(5)/B_(6)),vitamin D and vitamin E in pregnant women were negatively correlated with pregnancy diseases(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of vitamin level in pregnant women has certain predictive and guiding significance for the occurrence of diseases during pregnancy.Targeted supplements and individualized nutritional support should be carried out during clinical treatment to reduce the occurrence of complications during pregnancy.
