摘　　要：目的探究输卵管积水扭转患者的临床特征,并结合实际情况制定治疗方法。方法以本院2例输卵管积水扭转患者为研究对象,患者均为典型病例,对患者进行案例分析,包括患者的入院情况和诊疗过程,并根据实际情况总结分析输卵管积水扭转患者的临床特征和治疗方法。结果本研究结合患者病情、年龄和生育情况给予患者合适的手术方法,治疗后患者均康复,效果显著。结论输卵管积水扭转患者的诊断需要以输卵管系膜囊肿和输卵管积水为主要评价基础,治疗时需结合患者的病史和年龄,以便于保证临床疗效,促进患者康复。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of patients with hydrosalpinx and give the treatment method according to the actual situation. Methods 2 patients with hydrosalpinx torsion received in our hospital were selected as the research objects. The patients were all typical cases. The case analysis was carried out, including the admission situation and diagnosis and treatment process of the patients, and the clinical characteristics and treatment methods of hydrosalpinx torsion patients were summarized and analyzed according to the actual situation. Results This study combined with the patient’s condition, age and fertility to give patients appropriate surgical treatment, after treatment, patients can recover, the effect is significant. Conclusion The diagnosis of patients with tubal torsion needs to be based on mesosalpinx cyst and hydrosalpinx. During treatment, it needs to be carried out in combination with the patient’s history and age, so as to ensure the clinical treatment effect and promote the recovery of patients.
