摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预应用于利普刀治疗宫颈糜烂患者中的效果。方法选取60例采用利普刀治疗的宫颈糜烂患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理干预。对比两组护理效果。结果观察组治疗时间(9.82±1.78)h,阴道出血时间(8.45±3.85)h均短于对照组的(15.17±2.54)h、(12.54±4.47)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理操作技能、沟通能力、人文关怀、病区巡视评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预应用于利普刀治疗宫颈糜烂患者护理中,可有效缩短治疗时间,对减少阴道出血量、促进病情康复发挥积极作用,具有临床推广价值。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of cervical erosion with Lipknife.Methods 60 patients with cervical erosion treated with Lipknife were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The treatment time(9.82±1.78)h and vaginal bleeding time(8.45±3.85)h in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(15.17±2.54)h and(12.54±4.47)h,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing operation skills,communication skills,humanistic care and ward walking scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention applied in the care of patients with cervical erosion treated with Lipknife can effectively shorten the treatment time,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding,promote the rehabilitation of the disease play a positive role,with clinical promotion value.
