围术期优质护理在单孔腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剔除手术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究围术期优质护理在单孔腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剔除手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取60例行单孔腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剔除手术患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(29例)与观察组(31例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用围术期优质护理。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组首次排气时间、早期下床活动时间、留置导尿管时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组VAS评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为96.77%,高于对照组的79.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围术期优质护理应用于单孔腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剔除手术患者中,有利于缓解患者不良心理情绪,减轻疼痛,促进患者康复,具有临床推广价值。Objective To study the effect of perioperative high quality nursing in patients with ovarian cyst removal by single hole laparoscope.Methods 60 patients with ovarian cyst removal under single-hole laparoscopy were selected and divided into control group(29 cases)and observation group(31 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with perioperative high quality nursing based on the control group.The nursing results of the two groups were compared.Results The first exhaust time,early ambulation time,indwelling catheter time and hospital stay time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS score and SDS score of 2 groups were lower than before nursing,and observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant diflFerence in visual analog scale(VAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the VAS score of the two groups was lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.77%,higher than that of the control group 79.31%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative high quality nursing is applied to the patients with single hole laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal surgery,which is beneficial to relieve the patients'bad psychological emotions,reduce pain,promote the recovery of patients,and has clinical promotion value.
