摘　　要：目的:调查儿科重症监护病房(Pediatric intensive care unit,PICU)转出患儿家属需求满足程度、迁移应激水平,并分析二者之间的关系。方法:采用横断面调查法,便利选取南京医科大学附属儿童医院2021年8月至2022年2月从PICU转入普通病房患儿的家属为研究对象,采用PICU患儿家属需求满足程度量表和PICU转出患儿家属迁移应激压力评估量表进行调查,并分析二者的相关性。共发放160份问卷,回收有效问卷153份,有效回收率95.625%。结果:153名PICU转出患儿家属需求满足程度总分为(143.43±19.35)分,处于中等偏上水平;迁移应激总分为(46.21±7.02)分,处于中等水平应激状态;相关分析显示,家属需求满足程度与迁移应激各维度得分及总分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:PICU转出患儿家属需求满足程度及迁移应激处于中等水平,二者密切相关。医护人员应关注患儿转出过程中家属的需求及应激压力,制定相关干预措施,以满足其需求,降低应激水平。Objective:To investigate and analyze the relationship between fulfillment of needs and relocation stress in families of children transferred from the pediatric intensive care unit(PICU). Methods:The cross-sectional survey method was used to conveniently select the family members of children transferred from PICU to the general ward from August 2021 to February 2022 in the Children’s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University. The family needs satisfaction scale of PICU children and the family relocation stress scale of PICU transferred children were used to investigate,and the correlation of scores was analyzed.A total of 160 questionnaires were distributed,and 153 valid questionnaires were recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 95.625%. Results:The total score of family needs satisfaction of 153 children transferred out of PICU was(143.43±19.35),which was above the medium level;the total score of relocation stress was(46.21±7.02),which was in a medium level of stress.Correlation analysis showed that the degree of satisfaction of family members’ needs was negatively correlated with the scores of each dimension and the total score of relocation stress(P < 0.05). Conclusion:The degree of demand satisfaction and relocation stress of family members of children transferred from PICU are at a medium level,which are closely related. Medical staff should pay attention to the needs and stress pressure of family members in the process of children transfer out,and formulate relevant intervention measures to meet their needs and reduce the stress level.
