摘 要:文章设计了一种便携式直线筛。根据刚体动力学理论,分析了空间中筛网的振动和物料的抛掷情况,并通过ADAMS动力学分析软件对筛网的振幅和物料的空间抛掷运动轨迹进行仿真模拟。分析发现:筛网在入料口处做简谐振动的同时还存在小范围周期性摆动,此处振幅达到3.3 mm,有利于物料的分层和透筛。煤粉物料经抛掷9次后离开筛网,抛掷高度均达到10 mm,抛离速度达到710 mm·s^(-1),验证了此直线筛工作的高效性和可靠性,为直线筛的设计和应用提供参考。A portable linear screen was designed.According to the theory of rigid body dynamics,the vibration of the screen mesh and the throwing of materials in space were analyzed,and the amplitude of the screen mesh and the throwing trajectory of materials in space were simulated by ADAMS dynamic analysis software.It could be found that:at the same time of simple harmonic vibration of the screen at the feed inlet,where it had an amplitude of 3.3 mm,there was also a small range of periodic oscillation,which was beneficial to lamination and sieve through the material.The coal material leaves the screen after being thrown for 9 times,and the height of the throw reaches 10 mm,the velocity of the throw reaches 710 mm·s-1,the high efficiency and reliability of linear screen work had been verified as well,which also provided a reference for the design and application of linear screen.
