手麻系统病理标本管理模块在标本留送环节中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨基于手麻系统自主研发手术病理标本管理模块,评价其在手术病理标本留送流程全信息化操作的应用效果。方法选取九江学院附属医院2020年5月至2022年6月手术室病理标本319份,采用自身历史对照方法,根据时间段分为对照组(2020年5月-2021年5月)156例和观察组(2021年6月-2022年6月)163例。对照组采用人员以手工纸质录入完成手术病理标本的申请、核对与交接。观察组采用在手麻系统中安装自主研发的病理标本管理模块,实施手术病理标本从采集与核对、申请与交接等全信息化操作。统计两组手术病理标本合格率、手术病理标本固定及时率、医护人员满意率。结果观察组手术病理标本合格率、手术病理标本固定及时率、医护人员满意率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论手麻系统自主研发手术病理标本管理模块在临床中的应用,实现手术病理标本留送流程全信息化操作,优化了原有的手术病理标本留送流程,进一步完善了手术病理标本留送流程中各时间节点监管机制,为医院管理部门对手术病理标本的闭环管理提供了追溯平台。Objective To explore the application effect of the self-developed surgical and pathological specimen management module based on the hand anesthesia system,and realize the full information operation of the surgical and pathological specimen retention and delivery process.Method A total of 319 pathological specimens from operating room of Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang University from May 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group(156 cases from May 2020 to May 2021)and observation group(163 cases from June 2021)according to the time period by self-historical control method.In the control group,the application,verification and handover of surgical pathological specimens were completed by manual paper input.In the observation group,the self-developed pathological specimen management module was installed in the hand anesthesia system,and the information operation including collection and verification,application and handover of surgical pathological specimens was implemented.The qualified rate of surgical pathological specimens,the timely fixation rate of surgical pathological specimens,and the satisfaction rate of medical staff were analyzed.Result The qualified rate of pathological specimens,the timely fixation rate of pathological specimens and the satisfaction rate of medical staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion Based on the self-developed surgical pathological specimen management module of the hand anesthesia system,the complete information operation of surgical pathological specimen retention and delivery process was realized,the original surgical pathological specimen retention and delivery process was optimized,and the qualified rate of surgical pathological specimen,the timely rate of surgical pathological specimen fixation and the satisfaction rate of medical staff will significantly improved.The supervision mechanism of each time node in the retention and delivery process of surg
