摘　　要：为了分析老年慢性病人自我照护的社会支持网络现状,2021年10月至2022年3月,课题组选取106例老年慢性病人为研究对象,以问卷法进行横断面调查。通过分析老年慢性病人在自我照护过程中的社会支持网络规模、关系构成、异质性、关系强度及与网络成员的交往时间、交往频率、家庭距离等指标,为改善老年慢性病人的社会支持,促进其自我照护行为提供数据参考。To investigate the status of social support network in self-care of older adults with chronic diseases.There were 106 older adults with chronic diseases who were recruited as the study participants for questionnaire survey during October 2021 to March 2022.By analyzing the network scale,relationship type,heterogeneity,relationship intensity,communication time with network members,communication frequency and family distance of older adults with chronic diseases in the process of self-care,to provide data reference for improving social support and self-care behavior of older adults with chronic diseases.
