正交试验优化改进清喉咽合剂提取工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的:改进和优化清喉咽合剂的提取工艺。方法:采用乙醇回流的方法进行清喉咽合剂的提取并用正交试验对其进行优化。结果:改进并优选出的清喉咽合剂的最佳提取工艺参数为:加乙醇量12 BV,乙醇浓度60%,回流次数2次,回流时间为2h。结论:验证证明优选工艺稳定可靠,重现性好,改进工艺优于原工艺,为进一步研究该产品提供了试验依据。Objective To improve and optimize the extraction process of Qinghouyan Mixture.Methods An orthogonal experiment was conducted to optimize the ethanol reflux-based extraction of Qinghouyan Mixture.Results Optimal extraction process parameters for Qinghouyan Mixture were as follows:ethanol addition 12 BV,ethanol concentration 60%,reflux number 2,and reflux duration 2 h.Conclusion It was verified that the optimized process is stable,reliable,highly reproducible,and better than the original one.Our results may provide experimental basis for further study of the mixture.
