摘 要:目的:制定小飞扬草的质量标准,为小飞扬草的质量控制及合理开发利用提供科学的评价标准和依据。方法:参照药典各项下的方法对10个不同产地的小飞扬草样品进行性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层鉴别、水分、灰分测定和浸出物测定。结果:各项鉴别方法专属性强,10个不同产地小飞扬草色谱与对照药材色谱在相同位置上显相同颜色的斑点;10批样品水分含量为7.96%~13.25%,总灰分含量为10.16%~16.18%,酸不溶性灰分含量为2.95%~8.18%;70%乙醇浸出物含量(冷浸法)为14.18%~24.18%。拟定水分含量不得过14.0%,总灰分不得过17.0%,酸不溶性灰分不得过9.0%,70%乙醇冷浸法浸出物不得少于14.0%。结论:初步制定了小飞扬草质量标准,可为进一步完善和提升小飞扬草质量标准提供试验基础。Objective In order to establish the quality standards for Euphorbia thymifolia L..Methods The macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of 10 Euphorbia thymifolia L. samples from differenthabitats were observed.The reference medicinal materials were used for the identification by thin layer chromatography.The samples were examined by moisture measuring ash determination and extract mensuration method.Results Identification methods were highlyspecific.10 samples from different habitats presented the spots of the same colors with the control chromatogram at the correspondingposition.In 10 batches of samples, contents of moisture were 7.96%~13.25%,total ash were 10.16%~16.18%,acid insoluble ash were 2.95%~8.18%,ethanol soluble extract were 14.18%~24.18%.It is suggested that the water content is below 14.0%,theaverage content of ash is less than 17.0%,and acid insoluble ash is under 9.0%.Ethanol soluble extraction is above 14.0%.Conclusion This paper preliminarily formulated the quality standard of Euphorbia thymifolia L, which canprovide experimental basis for further improving and improving the quality standard of Euphorbia thymifolia L.
