三七茎叶中皂苷成分及药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：三七是云南的道地药材。三七茎叶是三七的干燥叶(茎叶),其所含的皂苷类成分主要是达玛烷型三萜皂苷,以20(S)-原人参二醇(PPD)型为主,包括人参皂苷Rb1、Rb3,三七皂苷Fa、Fc等。PPD型皂苷及其代谢物化合物K和其他一些新的皂苷在抗抑郁、抗焦虑、降血脂、保护心脑血管等方面具有显著的药理活性。文章对三七茎叶皂苷的成分及药理作用研究进展进行综述,以期为今后三七茎叶资源的综合利用、开发提供参考。Panax notoginseng is a genuine medicinal material in Yunnan province.The stem leaves of Panax notoginseng are the dry stem leaves of Panax notoginseng,and their saponins are mainly damarane triterpenoid saponins, mainly 20(S)-proto-ginsenediol(PPD) type, including ginsenosides Rb1,Rb3,Panax notoginseng Fa, Fc, etc.PPD saponins and their metabolite compound K,and some other new saponins have significant pharmacological effects in the aspects of anti-depression, anti-anxiety, lowering blood lipids and protecting cardiovascular and cerebrovascular vessels.In this paper, theconstituents and pharmacological effects of saponins from the stem leaves of Panax notoginseng were reviewed in order to provide reference for the comprehensive utilization and development of the stem leaves of Panax notoginseng resources in the future.
