摘  要:脑卒中作为现代临床一种高发的脑血管疾病,是目前导致人类神经系统相关疾病后遗症最多最为严重的疾病之一,而卒中后便秘更为常见,严重影响患者的身心健康。近年来,有研究报道卒中后便秘的发生与肠道菌群失调密切相关,而具有综合治疗效果的针刺疗法在治疗本病方面有其特异功效,能显著调节机体内环境,改善肠道菌群状态。因此,该文基于调节肠道菌群去探析针刺治疗卒中后便秘验案1则及临证体会,以期为临床针刺治疗卒中后便秘提供一种更加完整、科学的诊疗方案。Stroke, as a high incidence of cerebrovascular disease in modern clinical practice, is one of the most serious diseases leading to the sequelae of human nervous system related diseases, and constipation after stroke is more common, seriously affecting the physical and mental health of patients. In recent years, it has been reported that the occurrence of constipation after stroke is closely related to the disorder of intestinal flora, and acupuncture therapy with comprehensive treatment effect has its specific function in the treatment of this disease, which can significantly adjust the internal environment of the body and improve the status of intestinal flora. Therefore, based on the regulation of intestinal flora, this paper analyzes a case of acupuncture treatment of post-stroke constipation and its clinical experience, in order to provide a more complete and scientific diagnosis and treatment scheme for clinical acupuncture treatment of post-stroke constipation.
