中西医结合治疗慢性肾脏病肾性贫血33例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨益肾通络补血方联合重组人促红细胞生成素治疗慢性肾脏病肾性贫血脾肾阳虚证的临床疗效。方法:选取慢性肾脏病肾性贫血患者66例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组33例,观察组33例。对照组给予基础治疗及重组人促红细胞生成素;观察组在对照组的基础上联合益肾通络补血方治疗,连续观察3个月。对两组Hb、RBC、HCT、SF、Scr、BUN进行分析及比较。结果:治疗3个月后,两组Scr、BUN水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且对照组低于观察组(P<0.05);两组Hb、HCT、RBC、SF均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且对照组低于观察组(P<0.05)。对照组总有效率低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾通络补血方联合重组人促红细胞生成素治疗慢性肾脏病肾性贫血效果显著,能有效降低患者Scr、BUN指标,同时可提高患者外周RBC、Hb、HCT、SF水平,纠正机体贫血症状,改善铁代谢。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yishen Tongluo Buxue Fang combined with recombinant human erythropoietin in the treatment of chronic kidney disease with renal anemia of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 66 patients with renal anemia in chronic kidney disease were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups, 33 cases in the control group and 33 cases in the observation group.The control group was given basic treatment and recombinant human erythropoietin, and the observation group was given the treatment of Yishen Tongluo Buxue Fang on the basis of the control group for 3 months.The two groups of Hb, RBC,HCT,SF,Scr, BUN were analyzed and compared.Results After 3 months of treatment, the levels of Scr and BUN in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the control group was lower than the observation group(P<0.05).before treatment increased(P<0.05),and the control group was lower than the observation group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the control group was lower than that in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Tongluo Buxue Fang combined with recombinant human erythropoietin has a significant effect in the treatment of renal anemia of chronic kidney disease, can effectively reduce the Scr and BUN indexes of patients, and at the same time can increase the levels of peripheral RBC,Hb, HCT and SF in patients, and correct the body anemia Symptoms, improve iron metabolism.
