当归理血治疗咳喘浅析

摘　　要：《神农本草经》载当归能“主咳逆上气”,目前该功效并未受到重视。文章通过查阅相关典籍文献,结合现代研究成果、临床应用案例及中医理论藏象的学术思想,提出当归治疗咳喘疾病与其能补精血,养阴血,行瘀血的理血功效有关,并作一浅析为呼吸系统疾病的治疗开拓用药思路。Shennong Bencao Jing contains angelica can“cough against the upper qi”,the effect has not received attention.By referring to the relevant classics,combining with modern research results,clinical application cases and the academic ideas of traditional Chinese medicine theory,this paper proposes that angelica sinensis should be related to its efficacy of tonifying essence and blood,nourishing yin and blood,and performing blood stasis in the treatment of cough and asthma diseases,and makes a brief analysis of the ideas of developing medication for the treatment of respiratory diseases.
