摘　　要：防己地黄汤出自《金匮要略·中风历节病脉证并治第五》篇,是医圣张仲景的名方之一,仲景在该篇提出对于中风伴有神志改变者可用防己地黄汤医治,但临床用验未几,用之治疗皮肤病者更少。曾宪玉教授用防己地黄汤治疗特应性皮炎、湿疹、银屑病等皮肤病疗效显著,文章对曾宪玉教授用防己地黄汤治疗皮肤病的经验进行介绍。Fangji Dihuang Decoction is from the article of Jingui Yaolue,Chapter V on Pulse,Symptom Complex and Treatment of Apoplexy and Acute Arthritis,which is one of the famous recipes of the medical saint ZHANG Zhongjing,he proposed in this article that for stroke accompanied by mental changes can be treated by Fangji Dihuang Decoction,but there are few clinical records,and even fewer people are used to treat skin diseases.Professor ZENG Xianyu has a remarkable effect on the treatment of atopic dermatitis,eczema,psoriasis and other skin diseases with Fangji Dihuang Decoction.This article introduces Professor ZENG Xianyu’s experience in treating skin diseases with Fangji Dihuang Decoction.
