《校注妇人良方》治疗痒症的学术经验探析

摘　　要：通过对《校注妇人良方》中关于痒症的论治及相关医案的深入学习,总结了薛己治疗痒症的学术思想。薛氏在治疗痒症方面经验丰富,主要有六淫致病,尤重火热邪气;情志致病,常以郁怒为主;诊明病性,先辨气分血分;病虽在皮,治疗须重脏腑;合理用药,反对滥用风药。By summarizing the contents of itching in Jiaozhu Furen Liangfang,this paper probes into XUE Ji’s academic thought of treating itching.XUE has rich experience in the treatment of itching,which mainly includes:six pathogens cause diseases,especially hot evil qi;emotional pathogenic diseases,mainly depressed anger;diagnosis of disease,first distinguish qi and blood;although the disease is located in the skin,treatment must be heavy on viscera;rational use of drugs,against the abuse of wind drugs.
