摘　　要：周围性面瘫是针灸科常见病,文章总结了陈幸生主任治疗面瘫的临证经验,其认为透刺法通过一穴透刺另一穴或两穴相对透刺,扩大面神经刺激范围,修复和再生周围面神经的损伤、变性;灸法的温热刺激效应,可改善面部血液循环、促进炎症吸收、加速神经修复,同时可益气升阳,温通经脉,畅达全身之气血,激发人体正气,祛邪外出,临床治愈率高。Peripheral facial paralysis is a common disease in the department of acupuncture and moxibustion. This article summarizes the clinical experience of Director CHEN Xingsheng in the treatment of facial paralysis. Director CHEN believes that through acupuncture at one point through another point or two points through to expand the range of facial nerve stimulation,repair and regenerate the damage and degeneration of peripheral facial nerve. The warm and heat stimulation effect of moxibustion can improve the facial blood circulation,promote the absorption of inflammation,accelerate nerve repair,at the same time,it can increase qi and Yang,warm meridians,smooth the whole body qi and blood,stimulate the human body qi,remove evil,and the clinical cure rate is high.
