摘　　要：目的:探析《傅青主女科》调经篇中治肝理论的应用。方法:通过对《傅青主女科》调经篇中从肝论治月经病的病因、病机、治法、方药的分析,总结傅青主女科治肝理论的思想。结果:傅氏认为妇人之病多责于肝,其制方立意也多以肝为中心,兼顾它脏,用药配伍精良讲究。结论:治肝理论在调经篇中的应用,极切临床实用,值得临床医生学习借鉴。Objective To explore the application of hepathopathy treatment theory in the Menstruation Regulation Section of Fu Qingzhu’s Obstetrics and Gynecology.Methods In this paper,through the analyses of pathogenesis,pathomechanism,therapy,and prescription for menopathy from the perspective of hepathopathy treatment theory from the Menstruation Regulation Section of Fu Qingzhu’s Obstetrics and Gynecology,the core of hepathopathy treatment theory from Fu Qingzhu’s Obstetrics and Gynecology was summarized.Results FU Qingzhu held that women’s diseases were mostly due to liver problems;therefore,his prescription concept was largely liver-oriented and concurrently concerning other organs,and gave exquisite consideration to medication compatibility.Conclusion The application of hepathopathy treatment theory in the Menstruation Regulation Section is highly relevant to clinical practice and worth studying and referencing by clinicians.
