摘 要:为研究电加热沥青罐的能耗水平,以某公司4000型沥青搅拌设备的电加热沥青罐为研究对象,对其进行用能分析。基于二级层次分析的模糊综合评价法确定电加热沥青罐能效水平的评价指标,计算其能效等级及综合得分。最终得到:该沥青罐在正常工况下功率约为145 kW,能效水平为B等,综合得分56.8,属于国内能效水平良好等级。介绍电加热沥青罐能耗计算过程及能效水平研究方法,为后续搅拌设备能耗优化改进及能效分级研究提供理论依据。In order to study the energy consumption level of electrically heated asphalt tanks,the electrically heated asphalt tank of a company’s model 4000 asphalt mixing plant is taken as the research object to analyze its energy consumption. Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of two-level analytic hierarchy process, the evaluation indexes of the energy efficiency level of the electrically heated asphalt tank are determined, and its energy efficiency grade and overall score are calculated. The final results are that the power of the asphalt tank is about 145 kW under normal working conditions, the energy efficiency level is B, and the overall score is 56.8, which is a good grade of energy efficiency level in China. The process of calculating the energy consumption of the electrically heated asphalt tank and the method of studying the energy efficiency level are introduced, which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent optimization of energy consumptionof mixing plants and the research of energy efficiency grading.
