摘  要:钻杆接头螺纹部分是钻杆实际应用中的主要失效部位,对钻杆接头锥螺纹的力学性能进行深入分析至关重要。基于钻杆接头锥螺纹的变形协调关系,建立考虑螺纹加工误差和螺纹牙修形的负载分布模型,基于计算结果,详细分析加工误差和修形量对钻杆接头锥螺纹牙载荷分布的影响规律。结果表明,螺纹牙正误差使得对应牙接触力增加,而负误差使得对应牙接触力减小。此外,基于误差负载分布规律的锥螺纹牙修形,有助于减轻锥螺纹牙载荷分布不均程度。研究结果可为钻杆接头的设计、加工和使用提供理论依据。The thread part of the drill pipe joint is the main failure part in the practical application of drill pipes, so it is important to conduct an in-depth analysis of the mechanical properties of the taper thread of the drill pipe joint. Based on the deformation coordination relationship of the tapper thread of the drill pipe joint, a load distribution model is constructed considering the threading error and thread profile modification. Based on the calculation results, the influence law of the threading error and modification amount on the load distribution of the tapper thread of the drill pipe joint is analyzed in detail. The results show that the positive thread error increases the contact force of the corresponding thread, while the negative error decreases the contact force of the corresponding thread. In addition, the modification of the taper thread based on the error load distribution pattern helps to reduce the uneven load distribution of the taper thread. The results of the research can provide a theoretical basis for the design,processing and use of drill pipe joints.
