摘  要:根据混凝土回收设备的处理量、骨料提取粒径、流程和规范要求,探讨了各环节固液分离的适用方式,提出以固含量和掺量匹配的浆液回收利用控制原理,以及在最小粒径下的总量验证性控制条件,结合混凝土生产特点提供管理流程和成套设备基本构成,为混凝土回收设备设备选型和方案设计提供参考。According to the processing capacity of the concrete recycling equipment, aggregate extraction particle size, process and specification requirements, the reasons for the selection of solid-liquid separation methods in each link are discussed, and the control principle of slurry recycling and utilization with matching solid content and admixture is proposed, as well as the verifiable control conditions of total amount under the minimum particle size. In conjunction with the characteristics of concrete production, the management process and the basic structure of the complete equipment are presented to provide reference for equipment selection and scheme design.
