摘 要:搅拌摩擦焊以其低能耗、高质量、高效能等优点在航空航天、船舶、汽车等领域发挥着越来越重要的作用,当采用搅拌摩擦焊对铝合金进行焊接时,往往会产生孔洞、沟槽等缺陷,大大降低了产品的性能,因此需要对铝合金搅拌摩擦焊焊缝进行无损检测。文中首先对搅拌摩擦焊焊缝可能产生的缺陷进行了分析,其次介绍了X射线检测基本原理,然后对铝合金搅拌摩擦焊焊缝进行了X射线检测,探索了X射线照相时各参数的选取,最后对X射线照相结果进行了分析,试验结果表明:X射线检测能够发现搅拌摩擦焊焊缝中的缺陷,是铝合金搅拌摩擦焊无损评价的一种有效手段。Friction stir welding with its low energy consumption,high quality and high efficiency can play a more and more important role in the field of aerospace,marine,automobile and so on.When the friction stir welding was used to weld the aluminum alloy,the defects such as holes,grooves and so on were produced,which greatly reduced the performance of the product.Therefore,nondestructive testing of aluminum alloy friction stir welding was required.The defects of friction stir welding possible were analyzed firstly,followed by the introduction of the basic principle of X-ray detection,and then to the weld of aluminum alloy friction stir welding were detected,the selection of parameters in the X-ray radiography was explored,and finally the radiographic results were analyzed.Experimental results showed that X-ray detection could find defects in friction stir welding,it was a efficient means to the aluminum alloy friction stir welding nondestructive evaluation.
