摘 要:锂硫电池作为新一代锂二次电池拥有更为广阔的发展前景,但其本身也存在一定缺陷。例如,发生在锂硫电池内部的穿梭效应,严重影响了电池的电化学性能。采取适用于工业化生产的简单方法,一步固相法合成硫化锌(ZnS),将其用于隔膜的表面修饰。结果表明,合成的ZnS是闪锌矿结构,具有不规则的块体形貌,将其涂布在隔膜正极侧表面能够有效抑制锂硫电池的穿梭效应,改善电化学循环寿命,0.1C下首次放电比容量为1090mAh/g, 1C倍率下为600mAh/g,在0.5C下,可以稳定循环1000圈,平均每圈衰减率仅为0.057%。Lithium-sulfur batteries, as novel lithium secondary batteries, have enormous potential for future energy storages.However, there are still many defects needed to be solved before their large-scale applications.For example, the shuttle effect that occurs inside lithium-sulfur batteries seriously affects the electrochemical performance of the batteries.Taking a simple method suitable for industrial production, one-step solid-phase method was used to synthesize zinc sulfide(ZnS),which was further applied for the surface modification of separators.The research results showed that the synthesized ZnS had a sphalerite structure with an irregular bulk morphology.Coating it on the positive side surface of the separator enabled effectively to inhibit the shuttle effect of lithium-sulfur batteries and improve the electrochemical cycle life.The first discharge specific capacities were 1100 mAh/g at 0.1 C and 600 mAh/g at 1 C.In addition, the lithium-sulfur batteries could be recycled 1000 times at 0.5 C with only 0.057% deceasing for each cycle.
