摘 要:合成了聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)改性果胶-四氧化三铁(Fe_(3)O_(4))磁性吸附剂,分别用红外光谱、扫描电镜等对样品进行表征,并考察了时间、浓度、pH等条件对吸附效果的影响。结果表明:合成了PEI改性果胶-Fe_(3)O_(4)磁性吸附剂,其表面粗糙,有连续的沟壑结构;PEI改性果胶-Fe_(3)O_(4)对灿烂绿的吸附过程符合准二级吸附动力学方程、Freundlich等温吸附模型,对灿烂绿的吸附是化学吸附且为多层吸附。确定的最佳吸附条件为:在吸附时间90min,灿烂绿初始浓度为400mg/L,吸附温度50℃,pH为3—5的范围内,磁性吸附剂投放量0.01g,吸附剂的平均吸附量为787.3mg/g并且在循环使用数次后,去除率尚佳。Polyethyleneimine(PEI) modified pectin-ferro ferric oxide(Fe_(3)O_(4)) magnetic adsorbent was synthesized, and the samples were further characterized by FT-IR and SEM.The effects of time, concentration, pH and other conditions on the adsorption effect were also investigated.The results of the study showed that PEI modified pectin-Fe_(3)O_(4)magnetic adsorbent had rough surface and continuous ravine structure.Moreover, its adsorption process of PEI modified pectin-Fe_(3)O_(4)towards Brilliant Green was in accordance with the pseudo second order adsorption Kinetic equation and Freundlich isothermal adsorption model, and was multi-layer chemical adsorption.The optimal adsorption conditions were determined as follows: the adsorption time was 90 min, initial concentration of brilliant green was 400 mg/L,adsorption temperature was 50℃,pH was within the range of 3—5,and the dosage of magnetic adsorbent was 0.01 g.Under this condition, the average adsorption capacity of the adsorbent reached to 787.3 mg/g, and the removal rate was still good after recycling for several times.
