摘 要:以双酚A型环氧树脂(E-51)为基体,硅烷偶联剂γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)表面处理的玉米秸秆颗粒(KHCS)为改性剂,2-甲基咪唑(2-MI)为固化剂,制备了环氧树脂复合材料。通过傅里叶红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪对环氧树脂复合材料进行表征分析,结果表明,与未经表面处理的玉米秸秆颗粒(CS)相比,经KH560表面处理的玉米秸秆颗粒与环氧树脂(E-51)的界面作用力增强,两相之间相容性提高,且表面处理后的秸秆颗粒可以明显提高环氧树脂的韧性。Using bisphenol A epoxy resin(E-51) as the matrix, silane coupling agent γ-(2,3-epoxypropoxy) propyltrimethoxysilane(KH560) surface-treated corn straw particles(KHCS) as modifier, and 2-methylimidazole(2-MI) as curing agent, epoxy resin composites were prepared.With the help of Fourier Transform Infrared(FT-IR),Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM),and Differential Scanning Calorimeter(DSC),the properties of epoxy resin composites were characterized and analyzed.The results showed that, compared with corn straw particles without surface treatment, the interface force between corn straw particles and E51 treated with KH560 was enhanced, and the compatibility between the two phases was improved;furthermore, the toughness of epoxy resin was obviously improved by surface treated straw particles.
