摘 要:以硫代乙酰胺(TAA)为硫源,采用简单的一步水热法合成MgIn_(2)S_(4)复合金属硫系化物三元半导体光催化剂,并利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)进行表征。进行光催化降解酸性湖蓝A实验,探讨了MgIn_(2)S_(4)量对样品催化性能的影响。结果表明:MgIn_(2)S_(4)的光生电子更易迁移,使复合催化剂的降解能力增强,表现出更优越的光催化性能。通过响应面优化法得出MgIn_(2)S_(4)样品最优量,并且降解30min后,降解率达到99.8%,达到较高的利用率。Using thioacetamide(TAA) as the sulfur source, the MgIn_(2)S_(4)composite metal chalcogenide ternary semiconductor photocatalyst was synthesized by a simple one-step hydrothermal method and characterized further by powder diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The photocatalytic degradation experiment was carried out, and the influence of the amount of MgIn_(2)S_(4)on the catalytic performance of the sample was discussed.The results showed that the photogenerated electrons of MgIn_(2)S_(4)were easier to migrate, which enhanced the degradation ability of the composite catalyst and exhibited better photocatalytic performance.The optimal amount of MgIn_(2)S_(4)sample was obtained by the response surface optimization method.After 30 minutes of degradation, the degradation rate reached to 99.8%,achieving a high utilization rate.
