摘  要:以废旧棉纤维为原料,K_(2)CO_(3)为活化剂,经预活化和高温碳化制得了棉纤维活性炭。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶转变红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、BET比表面积分析仪、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和亚甲基蓝吸附实验对棉纤维活性炭的形貌、结构和染料吸附性能进行了表征。结果表明:当预活化棉与K_(2)CO_(3)质量比为1∶1,碳化温度为820℃时活性炭表面蜂窝状微孔分布均匀且凹陷深,其比表面积高达1778.89m^(2)/g,对亚甲基蓝吸附量594.02mg/g,吸附率达99%,呈现出优异的染料吸附作用,可望在染料废水处理领域广泛应用。Cotton fibers-based activated carbon was prepared by pre-activation and high temperature carbonization with waste cotton fibers as raw material and K_(2)CO_(3)as activator.The morphology, structure and the dye adsorption property of cotton fibers-based activated carbon were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),BET specific surface area analyzer, X-ray diffraction(XRD) and methylene blue adsorption test, respectively.The results showed that, when the mass ratio of pre-activation cotton to K_(2)CO_(3)was 1∶1 and the carbonization temperature was 820℃,the honeycomb micropores on the surface of activated carbon distributed evenly and deeply concave.In addition, its BET specific surface area, adsorption capacity and adsorption rate on methylene blue were 1778.89 m^(2)/g, 594.02 mg/g, and about 99%,respectively, which exhibited that the cotton fibers-based activated carbon possessed excellent dye adsorption capability and had potential application in dye wastewater treatment.
