摘 要:金属有机框架(MOFs)材料具有孔隙率高、比表面积大和大量的未饱和金属中心以及均匀可调的孔等优点,使其作为一类催化材料具有良好的发展前景。通过简单水热法合成了复合催化剂MIL-101(Fe)/Mn-ZSM-5;采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱、傅里叶红外光谱仪及热重分析对催化剂的晶体结构、表面形貌和热稳定性进行分析,并研究其在催化湿式过氧化氢氧化技术(CWPO)下对酸性大红GR的降解效果和机理。结果表明:MIL-101(Fe)/Mn-ZSM-5晶体结构完整、结晶度良好、并呈现典型的八面体几何结构;催化剂投加量为0.2g、H_(2)O_(2)投加量为0.7mL、初始pH为3、温度为70℃时,反应20min,酸性大红GR的降解率达到95.6%;3次循环实验后,MIL-101(Fe)/Mn-ZSM-5催化剂对酸性大红GR的降解率仍达到90.3%,具有良好的稳定性。因此,MIL-101(Fe)/Mn-ZSM-5降解酸性大红GR染料废水具有良好的应用前景。Metal-Organic Frameworks(MOFs) materials have a prosperous development prospect as a kind of catalytic materials for its advantages of high porosity, large specific surface area, a large number of unsaturated metal centers as well as uniform and adjustable pores.This paper successfully synthesized the composite catalyst MIL-101(Fe)/Mn-ZSM-5 by simple hydrothermal method.It analyzed the crystal structure, surface morphology and thermal stability of the catalyst by means of XRD,SEM,XPS,FT-IR and TG.It also studied the degradation effect and mechanism of acid scarlet GR by catalytic wet hydrogen peroxide oxidation(CWPO).The results showed that the crystal structure of MIL-101(Fe)/Mn-ZSM-5 was complete, with perfect crystallinity and a typical octahedral geometry.When the dosage of catalyst was 0.2 g, the dosage of H_(2)O_(2)was 0.7 mL,the initial pH was 3 and the temperature was 70℃,the degradation rate of acid scarlet GR reached to 95.6% for 20 min.After three cycles of experiments, the degradation rate of acid scarlet GR by MIL-101(Fe)/Mn-ZSM-5 catalyst still achieved 90.3%,indicating that it possessed good stability.The above results revealed that MIL-101(Fe)/Mn-ZSM-5 had a favorable prospect in the degradation of acid scarlet GR dye wastewater.
