摘 要:以一年生实生观光木(Tsoongiodendron odorum)幼苗为试验材料,采用三因素三水平正交实验设计,探究不同氮磷钾配施处理对观光木幼苗生长发育的影响,筛选出适宜观光木幼苗生长发育的施肥配比,以期为观光木苗木的培育及园林绿化的合理施肥提供科学依据。结果表明,氮磷钾配比施肥对观光木幼苗的生长及叶片养分含量有显著影响,施肥处理有利于促进观光木幼苗的生长发育;T6处理组(纯氮、纯磷、纯钾的施用总量分别为1.2、2.7、0.5 g/株)观光木幼苗的生物量、叶面积、根表面积、总根长、总根体积、根尖数、根平均直径均为最大值;各施肥处理组叶片N、P、K含量均大于对照组(CK)。隶属函数分析结果表明,T6处理组苗木综合表现最佳。综上所述,T6(N2P3K1)处理是本试验条件下促进观光木幼苗生长的最佳配比施肥组合。With one-year-old Tsoongiodendron odorum seedlings as the experimental materials, a 3-factor and 3-level orthogonal experimental design was used to explore the effects of different nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium ratio fertilization on the growth of T. odorum seedlings, and screen out suitable fertilization combination for the growth of T. odorum seedlings.This experiment is in order to provide a scientific basis for the cultivation and rational fertilization in landscaping of T. odorum seedlings. The results showed that the ratio fertilization of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium had significant effect on the growth and leaf nutrient content of the T. odorum seedlings, appropriate fertilization treatment was beneficial to promote the growth of T. odorum seedlings. The biomass, leaf area, root surface area, total root length, total root volume, root tipnumber,average root diameter of T. odorum seedlings all reached the maximum value in T6(pure nitrogen 1.2 g·plant^(–1), pure phosphorus 2.7 g·plant^(–1) and pure potassium 0.5 g·plant^(-1)) treatment. The contents of N, P and K in the leaves of each fertilization treatment were higher than those of the control group CK. The results of membership function analysis showed that the comprehensive performance of seedlings in the T6 treatment was the best. In summary, the T6(N2P3K1) treatment was the most suitable ratio fertilization combination under the experimental conditions.
