傣医治疗“拢沙龙接火”病用药特点研究

摘　　要：目的:研究分布在风塔类、火塔类、水塔类、土塔类和解药类,用于治疗“拢沙龙接火”病的傣药及其方剂,研究其用药规律和特点。方法:从343种常用傣药和方剂中,筛选出可用于治疗拢沙龙接火的傣药,比较分析其性味、入塔及功效上的相似性。结果:所筛选出的50种傣药,性味以寒凉药、苦味药为主,且多入塔喃(水塔),有清火解毒功效。结论:傣医治疗“拢沙龙接火”病的用药特点,印证了傣医天人合一观在傣医预防保健、诊疗中的特色作用,为傣医理论在临床上的实用性、有效性提供了相应理论支撑。Objective To analysis the Dai medicines and prescriptions scattered in Si Ta,which are Wind,Fire,Water and Earth,and in Jie Yao,which are used to treat the disease of Long Sa Long Jie Huo,and find out the regularity and characteristic of their use.Method to select those which can be used to treat Long Sa Long Jie Huo,from 343 kinds of Dai medcines and prescriptions,and analysis the similarity of the medicinal properties,taste and efficacy by the research methods of horizontal comparison.Results The 50 kinds of Dai medcines showed that the medicinal properties and tastes are mainly cold and bitter,and most of them are the function and feature of water,such as the effect of heat-clearing and detoxifying.Conclusion The results reflected the leading role of Dai Medicine’s theory that human is an integral part of nature,that is very important in the health care,diagnosis and treatment of Dai medicine,and provide a strong support for the practicality and effectiveness of Dai medicine theory in clinical practice.
