摘　　要：在甲状腺疾病中,甲亢的患病率较高,严重影响患者的身心健康。西医对于甲亢药物治疗常用的是硫脲类药物,其不良反应有肝功能受损、外周血白细胞减少、过敏性皮疹等症状。范源主任认为对于轻、中度甲亢,可根据中医辨证施治,应用中药从肝脾论治,以疏肝健脾为主,联合硒制剂治疗甲亢,可缩短疗程,促进甲功恢复,改善患者临床症状,疗效明显。Among thyroid diseases,hyperthyroidism has a high prevalence and seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients.In western medicine,thiourea drugs are commonly used in the treatment of hyperthyroidism,whose adverse reactions include impaired liver function,leukopenia in peripheral blood,allergic rash and other symptoms.Chief physicion Fan Yuan thinks that for mild and moderate hyperthyroidism,it can be treated according to the syndrome differentiation of Traditional Chinese medicine,the application of Traditional Chinese medicine from the liver and spleen treatment,mainly to nourish the liver and strengthen the spleen,combined with selenium preparation in the treatment of hyperthyroidism,can shorten the course of treatment,promote the recovery of thyroid function,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,the curative effect is definite.
