摘　　要：目前,恶性肿瘤依然是导致我国居民死亡的首要原因。在癌症的治疗过程中,患者不仅要承受巨大的经济压力,还要直面化疗带来的不良反应。基于此,寻找一类天然、高效、廉价、低毒、广谱的植物源化合物迫在眉睫。雷公藤甲素作为诸多中药单体中研究较多的一种,应用历史悠久,具有抗类风湿、抗氧化、抗癌等功效。通过大量体外和体内研究证明雷公藤甲素可通过多种途径达到抗肿瘤的目的,主要包括抑制癌细胞的增殖、阻滞癌细胞的周期、诱导癌细胞凋亡、抑制癌细胞侵袭转移、诱导癌细胞自噬、介导癌细胞免疫等途径。对雷公藤甲素抗肿瘤作用机制作一综述,希望为深入研究雷公藤甲素抗肿瘤作用机制及临床应用雷公藤甲素治疗肿瘤提供参考。At present,malignant tumor is still the leading cause of death among Chinese residents.In the process of cancer treatment,patients should not only bear great economic pressure,but also face the side effects of chemotherapy.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to find out a class of compounds from plants,which is natural,efficient,cheap,low-toxic and broad-spectrum.Triptolide,as one of the most studied traditional Chinese medicine monomers,has a long history of application and anti-rheumatoid,anti-oxidation and anti-cancer effects.A large number of in vitro and in vivo studies have proved that triptolide can achieve the purpose of anti-tumor in many ways,including inhibiting the proliferation of cancer cells,blocking the cycle of cancer cells,inducing apoptosis of cancer cells,inhibiting invasion and metastasis of cancer cells,inducing autophagy of cancer cells,mediating immunity of cancer cells and so on.In this paper,the anti-tumor mechanism of triptolide was reviewed,hoping to provide reference for further study of anti-tumor mechanism of triptolide and clinical application of triptolide treating tumor.
