摘　　要：心肌肥厚导致心力衰竭是心血管重要事件链,细胞自噬(autophagy)是心肌肥厚发展过程中的“双刃剑”。中医药在改善心肌肥厚有着独特优势,越来越多的证据表明中医药可以调控细胞自噬相关基因和通路。主要阐述了细胞自噬的调控机制及中医药介导细胞自噬干预心肌肥厚的相关进展,以期为中西医结合防治心肌肥厚提供新思路。Cardiac hypertrophy leading to heart failure is an important chain of cardiovascular events.Autophagy is a double-edged sword in the development of cardiac hypertrophy,which is a potential therapeutic target to inhibit cardiac hypertrophy.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of cardiac hypertrophy,and there is increasing evidence that traditional Chinese medicine can regulate genes and pathways related to cellular autophagy.In this paper,we described the mechanism of cellular autophagy and the progress of TCM-mediated cellular autophagy intervention in cardiac hypertrophy,with the aim of providing new ideas for the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the prevention and treatment of cardiac hypertrophy.
