摘　　要：近年来,肾病发病率逐年升高,肾病病情容易反复,现有治疗手段效果不够理想。中药肾靶向逐渐成为新的研究热点。通过查阅国内外相关文献发现,在中医药理论指导下,利用中药原有药性或经过炮制后,治疗肾脏疾病。将中药中有效成分与载体结合成靶向药物系统,提高药物的靶向性,同时降低药物毒性。中药中某些成分能够调控专属通路,延缓肾脏疾病发展进程。从传统中医药理论,现代药剂方法、信号通路、肾靶向治疗的评价方法及临床治疗应用对肾靶向治疗进行了总结,为研发肾靶向药物提供参考。In recent years,the incidence of kidney disease is increasing year by year.Kidney disease is easy to repeat,and the existing treatment is not ideal.Traditional Chinese medicine renal targeting has gradually become a new research focus.Through consulting relevant literature at home and abroad,it is found that under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,the original property of traditional Chinese medicine or after processing can be used to treat kidney diseases.Effective components in traditional Chinese medicine combined with carrier into targeted drugs system can improve drug targeting and reduce drug toxicity.Some ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine can regulate exclusive pathway and delay the progression of kidney diseases.In this paper,the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,modern drug methods,signaling pathways,evaluation methods and clinical application of renal targeting therapy were summarized to provide a reference for research and development of renal targeted drugs.
