摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)是一种慢性炎症性肠病,近年来不少学者将其发病机制聚焦在SP/NK-1R系统,认为脑肠肽P物质(SP)与其主要受体(NK-1R)结合,通过抑制促炎基因表达和促进肠道上皮细胞的增殖与迁移而改善UC症状,阻断SP与NK-1R结合则会加剧肠道炎症而增加UC风险。对近10余年的相关文献研究发现,SP/NK-1R系统是一把双刃剑,一方面,该系统活化可加快肠道上皮细胞的增殖与迁移以保护肠屏障完整性;而另一方面,被激活的SP与NK-1R结合后,又会引起肠道病理性血管生成和肠动力紊乱等负向作用而加剧肠道炎症。探讨VC中SP与NK-1R的变化关系并结合中医药调控SP/NK-1R系统与UC发病机制之间关系的相关文献予以了综述,以期为从事药物干预UC机制的研究者提供文献依据和参考。Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease.In recent years,many scholars have focused its pathogenesis on the SP/NK-1 R system,and believed that brain-gut peptide substance P(SP)and its main receptor(NK-1 R)combination which can improve the symptoms of UC by inhibiting the expressions of pro-inflammatory genes and promoting the proliferation and migration of intestinal epithelial cells.Blocking the combination of SP and NK-1 R will aggravate intestinal inflammation and increase the risk of UC.The research on the related literature for more than 10 years has found that the SP/NK-1 R system is a double-edged sword.On the one hand,the activation of this system can accelerate the proliferation and migration of intestinal epithelial cells to protect the integrity of the intestinal barrier.On the other hand,after the activated SP is combined with NK-1 R,it will cause intestinal pathological angiogenesis and intestinal motility disorders and other negative effects,which will aggravate intestinal inflammation.In addition,the related literatures on the relationship between the regulation of SP/NK-1 R system by traditional Chinese medicine and the pathogenesis of UC were reviewed in order to provide literature basis and reference for researchers engaged in drug intervention in the mechanism of UC.
