摘 要:目的探讨地黄饮子含药血清对帕金森病(parkinson’s disease,PD)肾虚证小鼠胃肠动力及肠道菌群的影响。方法雄性C57BL小鼠48只,随机分为对照组、模型组、低剂量组和高剂量组各12只。制备肾虚证PD模型。低剂量组给予0.1μmol/L地黄饮子含药血清灌胃,高剂量组给予2.5μmol/L地黄饮子含药血清灌胃,对照组和模型组给予等剂量生理盐水灌胃,每日1次,连续14 d。比较各组小鼠爬杆时间、悬挂评分、旷场运动总距离和旷场活动平均速度,粪便含水量和小肠炭末推进率,及肠道菌群变化。结果高剂量组、低剂量组和模型组爬杆时间长于对照组,悬挂评分低于对照组,旷场运动总距离和旷场活动平均速度短于对照组(P<0.05);高剂量组和低剂量组爬杆时间短于模型组,悬挂评分高于模型组,旷场运动总距离和旷场活动平均速度长于模型组(P<0.05);高剂量组爬杆时间短于低剂量组,悬挂评分高于低剂量组,旷场运动总距离和旷场活动平均速度长于低剂量组(P<0.05)。高剂量组、低剂量组和模型组粪便含水量和小肠炭末推进率低于对照组(P<0.05);高剂量组和低剂量组粪便含水量和小肠炭末推进率高于模型组(P<0.05);高剂量组粪便含水量和小肠炭末推进率高于低剂量组(P<0.05)。高剂量组、低剂量组和模型组肠道菌群AWCD值和Shannon指数低于对照组(P<0.05);高剂量组和低剂量组肠道菌群AWCD值和Shannon指数高于模型组(P<0.05);高剂量组肠道菌群AWCD值和Shannon指数高于低剂量组(P<0.05)。结论地黄饮子含药血清可改善PD肾虚证小鼠胃肠动力及肠道菌群,且可改善小鼠行为学。Objective To investigate the effect of Dihuang Yinzi(地黄饮子)medicated serum on gastrointestinal motility and intestinal flora in Parkinson's disease(PD)mice with kidney deficiency.Methods Forty-eight male C57BL mice were randomly divided into control group,model group,low-dose group and high-dose group,each with 12 mice.The PD model of kidney deficiency syndrome was prepared.The low-dose group was given 0.1μmol/L Dihuang Yinzi medicated serum by gavage,the high-dose group was given 2.5μmol/L Dihuang Yinzi medicated serum by gavage,and the control group and model group were given the same dose of normal saline by gavage,once a day for 14 consecutive days.The time of pole climbing,suspension score,total distance of open field exercise and average speed of open field activity,fecal water content and small intestinal charcoal advancing rate,and changes of intestinal flora were compared among the groups.Results The pole climbing time of high-dose group,low-dose group and model group was longer than that of the control group,the suspension score was lower than that of the control group,and the total distance and average speed of open field exercise were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The time of climbing the pole in the high-dose group and low-dose group was shorter than that in the model group,the suspension score was higher than that in the model group,and the total distance and average speed of open field activities in the high-dose group were longer than those in the model group(P<0.05).The rod climbing time in the high-dose group was shorter than that in the low-dose group,the suspension score was higher than that in the low-dose group,and the total distance and average speed of open field activities in the high-dose group were longer than those in the low-dose group(P<0.05).Fecal water content and small intestine charcoal powder propelling rate in the high-dose group,low-dose group and model group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The fecal water content and small intesti
