摘　　要：我国冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)及脑卒中病的发病率和病死率逐年增加,且呈年轻化发展趋势。心血管病的防治形式严峻,目前单纯的西药治疗冠心病合并脑卒中虽取得一定进展,但预后欠佳,且存在各种不良反应的问题。随着中医学的不断深入研究,中医为冠心病合并脑卒中的临床治疗提供新思路,其治疗方法多样,临床疗效显著,对近年来冠心病合并脑卒中的相关中医药治疗研究概况进行总结,为医学治疗冠心病合并脑卒中的研究提供理论依据。The morbidity and mortality of coronary heart disease and stroke are increasing year by year in China,and the trend is younger.The prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases is serious.Although some progress has been made in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with stroke by western medicine alone,the prognosis is poor and there are various adverse reactions.With the in-depth study of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine for clinical treatment of coronary heart disease combined with stroke provides new way of thinking.It has multiple treatment,and the clinical curative effect is distinct.This paper summarized the research situation of the treatment of coronary heart disease with stroke by traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,and provided a theoretical basis for the research of traditional medicine treating coronary heart disease with stroke in China.
