滇产胡椒属植物镇痛作用研究进展

摘　　要：胡椒属(Piper)是胡椒科(Piperaceae)中最大的一个属,我国民间多用该属植物作为活血止痛和抗风湿性疾病药物。现代药理研究表明胡椒属植物具有很好的镇痛活性,有较高的药用价值。但通过查阅知网数据库发现,从1970—2021年几乎没有对该属植物镇痛作用的系统总结和报道,因此对滇产胡椒属植物的镇痛作用、镇痛成分及其作用机制的研究进展进行综述,以期为胡椒属植物在临床上的应用以及开发提供参考依据。Piper is the largest genus of Piperaceae,which is widely used as a medicine for promoting blood circulation and relieving pain and anti-rheumatic diseases.Modern pharmacological studies show that Piper plants have analgesic activity and good medicinal value,but a review of the literatures in recent decades has not been found.This review systematically summarized the research progress on analgesic effect,analgesic composition and mechanism of medicinal plants from Piper genus native to Yunnan Province,with a view to providing reference for the clinical application and development of Piper plants.
