风力机塔架-叶片耦合结构与单个叶片模态参数对比研究

摘  要:存在的大多数叶片的动力学模型忽略了塔架和叶片的耦合作用,为了保证风力机叶片在过大风载下具有足够的结构稳定性,文中建立了5 MW风力机塔架-叶片耦合结构的整体模型,提出了塔架-叶片耦合结构的动力学方程,基于不同结构的固有频率和振型参数,分析了风力机塔架-叶片的耦合作用对叶片结构振动的影响。分析结果表明:塔架-叶片耦合结构的主要模态频率相比单个叶片的主要模态频率要小55%~84%;耦合结构和单个叶片的前4阶振型性态相同。For most existing dynamical models of wind turbine blades,the coupling effect between tower and blade is ignored.In order to ensure that wind turbine blades are structurally stable when their wind load is excessively strong,a real 5 MW wind turbine tower-blade coupled structure was established and its structural dynamical equation was put forward.Based on the modal frequencies and vibration parameters of the two models,the effect of the tower-blade coupled structure on blade vibration was analyzed.The simulation results show that the major modal frequencies of the tower-blade coupled structure are reduced by 55%~84%compared with those of a single blade,and that the first four vibration modes of both the coupled structure and a single blade are the same.
