摘 要:为了解决反射式共口径光学系统装调难度大,存在中心遮拦,能量利用率低的问题,采用折射式共口径、分光板分光的方式,设计了一款双波段共口径连续变焦的光学系统。可见光系统实现了10倍变焦,中波红外系统实现了3倍变焦。采用光学被动式对光学系统进行了消热差处理,并基于约翰逊准则和最小可分辨温差(MRTD)模型分析了可见光系统与中波红外系统的探测距离。设计结果表明,在-40~+60℃的工作环境中,经过消热差处理,可见光系统各组态调制传递函数值在截止频率145 lp·mm^(-1)处均大于0.28,最大视场可以达到26.4°;中波红外系统各组态调制传递函数值在截止频率31 lp·mm^(-1)处均大于0.3,最大视场可达到22.6°;运用多点拟合法得到系统的变焦曲线,变焦曲线平滑无拐点,满足双波段共口径连续变焦系统的成像质量要求。The reflective common aperture optical system has the disadvantages of difficult installation and adjustment,the presence of central obstruction and low energy utilization.In order to solve these problems,a dual band common aperture continuous zoom optical system is designed by using the refractive common aperture and beam splitters,with 10 times Zoom achieved for the visible light system and 3 times Zoom for the medium wave infrared system.The optical passive type is used to eliminate the heat difference of the optical systems.Based on Johnson criterion and the minimum resolvable temperature difference(MRTD)model,the detection distance of the visible light system and the medium wave infrared system is analyzed.The results show that,in the working environment at-40~+60℃,after heat dissipation,the modulation transfer function values of each state in the visible light system are all greater than 0.28 at the cut off frequency of 145 lp·mm^(-1),and its maximum field of view can reach 26.4°,and those in the medium wave infrared system are greater than 0.3 at 31 lp·mm^(-1) with its maximum field of view being 22.6°.The multi point fitting method is used to obtain the smooth zoom curve of the system with no inflection point present,indicating that the dual band co aperture continuous zoom system has met the imaging quality requirements.
