摘  要:为研究葛洲坝二江电厂220 kV开关站智能化改造工程保护控制系统等电气二次系统的设计方案,以保障开关站分期过渡的运行安全,针对220 kV开关站改造过程中存在的继电保护系统、控制系统及二江电厂模拟信号返回屏等接口问题,基于设计规范及国内相关部门的研究成果,提出了相应的改造方案。改造后的220 kV GIS开关站二次系统将按照智能变电站标准要求进行设计,采用先进、可靠、集成、环保的智能设备,以全站信息数字化、通信网络化、信息共享标准化,自动完成信息采集、测量、控制、保护、计量和监测等功能,同时支持实时自动控制、智能调节、在线分析决策等功能,实现水电站的安全稳定、协调可靠运行。The design scheme of electrical secondary systems such as protection control system of 220kV switch station intelligent transformation project of Erjiang Power Plant in Gezhouba was studied to ensure the operation safety of switch station in stages of transition.Aiming at the interface problems of relay protection system,control system and analog signal return screen of Erjiang power plant in the transformation process of 220kV switch station,the corresponding transformation scheme was proposed based on the relevant national design standards and the research results of the department.The secondary system of 220kVGIS switch station after transformation will be designed in accordance with the standard of intelligent substation,and adopt advanced,reliable,integrated and environmentally friendly intelligent equipment to achieve the digitalization of information,communication network and standardization of information sharing of the whole station.It can automatically complete the functions of information collection,measurement,control,protection,measurement and monitoring,and support the functions of real-time automatic control,intelligent regulation,online analysis and decision-making,so as to realize the safe,stable,coordinated and reliable operation of the hydropower station.
