媒介融合视域下编辑出版人才“一核多维”培养模式初探

摘　　要：媒介融合视域下的编辑出版学教育,需要以“一核多维”为培养理念,以“讲导向、有担当、善融合、能实战”的出版人才为培养目标,创新编辑出版人才培养模式。“一核”即编辑出版学专业的核心价值和核心课程,包括优选优化、把关导向、文化引领等核心价值,以及编辑策划、出版营销、数字出版在内的核心课程,是培养学生专业技能的基础;“多维”即教学理念的多维互通,教学资源的多维共享,教学方法的多维协同,教学效果的多维评价。Editing and publishing education from the perspective of media integration needs to be innovated with the mode of one core and multi dimensions and the goal of publishing talents who are oriented, responsible,good at integration and practical. One core refers to the core values and core courses, including optimization, check orientation and cultural guidance, as well as core courses such as editing planning, publishing marketing and digital publishing, which are the basic professional skills. Multi dimensions refer to the multi-dimensional exchange of teaching ideas, the multi-dimensional sharing of teaching resources, the multi-dimensional coordination of teaching methods and the multi-dimensional evaluation of teaching effects.
