身份的自我审视与主动嵌入——以大学生村官的乡村社会融入为例

摘　　要：大学生村官的模糊性身份认同与融入现状是“国家与社会”等多重力量共同塑造的结果。大学生村官只有契合乡村社会的政治和民生需要,才能融入乡村变革的政治和社会现场,实现“村官化”和“村民化”的身份转型,从而得到政治改革意图、行政体系与乡村社会的多重肯定。作为推动乡村变革的“中间力量”,大学生村官的实践行动也激活了乡村社会的主体性,实现了自我利益、村社利益与国家现代化改革意图的平衡与同构。The ambiguous identity and status quo of integration of university student village officials result from the multiple forces such as “state and society”. Only by meeting the political and livelihood needs of rural society can university student village officials integrate into the political and social scene of rural transformation, realize the identity transformation of both “village officials” and “villagers”, and obtain multiple affirmations from the political reform intention, administrative system and rural society. As an intermediate force for rural transformation, the practical actions of university student village officials also activate the subjectivity of rural society and achieve the balance and homogeneity of self-interest, village community interest and national modernization and reform needs.
