摘 要:通过原位交联聚合和静电纺丝法制备了聚己内酯复合纳米纤维抗菌材料。利用红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱和扫描电镜对聚己内酯复合纳米纤维抗菌材料进行表征。通过染色法、铺板法等对材料的抗菌性进行了评价。该实验涉及原料合成、材料制备、性能表征和测试等多方面内容,操作简单,有利于培养学生的综合思考能力和动手能力。Polycaprolactone(PCL)-based antibacterial nanofiber materials were prepared through in-situ cross-linking polymerization and electrospinning.The materials were characterized by flourier transformed infrared spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope.Inhibition zone,shaking methods and other methods were applied to evaluate the antibacterial activity.This experiment was comprehensive and easy to conduct in the meanwhile.Material synthesis,preparation and properties characterization were involved in this experiment.Thus,it was benefit to training students'practice ability and comprehensive quality.
